By authenticating or using the BadFish Guild Portal ("the Portal"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not authenticate or access the portal.

1. Requirements for Use

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this website, matching Discord's Minimum Age Requirements.
  • Server Membership: Access to the Portal requires active membership in The BadFish Armada Discord server.
  • Discord Account: You must authorize login via a valid Discord account.

2. Acceptable Conduct

When using the Portal, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass authentication controls or access administrative endpoints without permission.
  • Manipulate, exploit, or falsify event attendance, DKP balances, or loot records.
  • Abuse event signups (e.g., spamming sign-ups or systematically hoarding slots for events you do not plan to attend).
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or flood the Portal's API endpoints or services.

3. Account & Portal Access

  • Revocation: Portal access is tied directly to your Discord server membership. Leaving or being removed from The BadFish Armada Discord server results in immediate termination of portal privileges.
  • Administrative Authority: Guild Leadership and Officers reserve the right to modify user roles, adjust DKP balances, remove event registrations, or restrict access to the Portal at their discretion for community management reasons.

4. Role Synchronization

The Portal integrates with a Discord bot to manage server roles (e.g., game-specific roles). By registering for games or roles on the portal, you grant permission for our bot to assign or remove corresponding roles in The BadFish Armada Discord server.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Disclaimer

  • Discord Disclaimer: BadFish Guild Portal is an independent community management tool and is not affiliated with, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord Inc.
  • Game Trademarks: All game titles, assets, and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective copyright holders.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that data loss will never occur due to server issues. Under no circumstances shall guild leadership or site developers be liable for lost game assets, lost DKP, or system downtime.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as necessary to reflect operational changes or Discord Developer Policy updates. Continued use of the Portal following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
